William Gallas explains the difference between Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho

The Frenchman first starred for Mourinho at Chelsea, becoming one of the best defenders in the Premier League at the time before being surprisingly allowed to leave.
Gallas joined Arsenal as part of the deal taking Ashley Cole in the opposite direction, but admits he preferred Mourinho’s style to the more laid-back approach of Wenger.

Speaking on Soccer AM, the 39-year-old explained that the Gunners boss largely left you to do your own thing on the training ground.

‘Managers want to win, they want to win trophies. But with Jose, he will show you every day at the training,’ Gallas said.
